ATU to Establish a Joint MA Programme in Eurasian Studies

A joint degree programme in Regional Studies: Eurasian Studies is going to be established in ATU.

To develop their international academic cooperation and enrich their educational services, Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU) and the Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU) are planning to establish and provide a Master's Degree Programme in Regional Studies: Eurasian Studies in ATU. The programme’s detailed terms and conditions can be found in the Master’s Entrance Exam pamphlet, provided in Sanjesh website.

During this programme, students will spend semesters in Iran and Russia, according to the terms specified in the contract, and will receive a “Joint Master’s Degree” in the end, signed by the CEOs of the two universities.

According to linguanet.ru, the Russian university’s official website, MSLU is the largest and oldest university in Russia specialized in humanities and foreign languages. It is currently teaching 36 different languages to students of all degrees. According to the 2018 series of the QS Top Universities Ranking, it is ranked among the 151-200 top universities in the “Arts and Humanities” category.
