Dr Reza Ofoghi has been entrusted with the duties and rights of the Vice-Dean for Education and Research at the ATU's ECO College of Insurance since October 2015. Holding a PhD degree in Economic Insurance, he is a distinguished academic figure in the field.

He is also a faculty member at the Department of Insurance Management, ECO College of Insurance, Allameh Tabataba'i University (ATU).
